  • Are you a fully mobile valeting company?
    Yes, we are fully mobile, with water and generator onboard, and we can come to your address. We can visit you at your home address or workplace.
  • Do you need electricity and water to valet our car?
    No, we do not need access to electricity and the van has its own water tank. However, if you would like to provide us with electricity, we will be very grateful. Most of our regular customers don’t mind.
  • What products do you use and how does it affect the paint?
    We use AutoGlym products. The brilliance of AutoGlym products, is that their chemicals work in conjunction with one another. If we use an AutoGlym polish or wax, for instance, the shampoo will not strip the coating the next time we wash.
  • Why are you more expensive than the local roadside carwash?
    There are several reasons for this. We come to you, so you don’t have to sit and wait. We can clean your vehicle at your workplace or house. You don’t need to be present, but we do need your car keys! Our experienced, family orientated team, go to great lengths to ensure a professional clean, with highly trained knowledge of chemicals and an eye for detail. We know what we are doing. With many high-end cars on our monthly rotation, time and consideration to your individual need is our highest priority.
  • Can we personalise our clean?
    Yes. We have a few standard choices, but with many additional options available, we can tailor your experience.
  • Are you reliable?
    Yes. We will always text you within 24 hours of your clean to make sure you are still available. The only restriction is the weather! But we will re-book your appointment to the next convenient date.
  • Do I need to have my car cleaned every month?
    We recommend having your car cleaned once per month. It will keep the interior and exterior in great condition. Owners of Prestige and High-end cars will want their cars kept to a certain standard to ensure the value of their car is maintained. It is a good idea to keep your car carpets and paintwork in good condition because if you have a lease contract, regular cleaning will help avoid the finance company trying to recoup monies for anything that is deemed above normal usage or avoidable customer damage.
  • Can I trust my cleaner?
    Yes. We don’t pick up pennies… or pounds! Your stuff is your stuff. However, removing interior debris and personal items, before a clean, is advised. We will do our utmost to check if papers, receipts, and sundry items are of importance before our clean.
  • How much notice do you need for bookings?
    Most of our customers are cleaned on a monthly rotation, so they will always keep their spot. This means that we are very busy, but we can always find the soonest available spot for you.
  • What forms of payment do you take?
    We take bank transfer or cash.
